the staff, fazri was friendly on check in. the room was clean. it was spacious too. front office members are also great.

the family room did not match description. it stated two single beds and two extra-large double beds. i also saw that the unit should have four beds. this was not the case.

The fitness center provided round-the-clock access. That was convenient. i found a dedicated kids pool with comfortable lounge spaces near the main pool. an international buffet offered delicious options for breakfast daily.

i stayed in a beautiful room 1 king bed the room was generally clean from the lobby i found eco-friendly toiletries were used i was greeted by a helpful staff member at registration. i believe the hotel is accessible to all areas.

the room offered a mediocre view a refill of coffee and tea supplies was placed on top of our luggage i found the breakfast buffet rather average it lacked options for vegetarians. the reception phone was not answered at night.
